Due to the recent Covid-19 lockdown and continuing social distancing measures we are prioritising planning enforcement visits to those which relate to listed buildings, conservation areas, protected trees and where any unauthorised development has a significant affect on neighbouring properties. Your complaint will be registered but there may be a delay in making initial site visits and providing updates.
If you have noticed construction or other work in progress and you are not sure that the work has been approved by the council please let us know by filling in this form.
We will investigate all valid complaints received and will provide a written acknowledgement within three working days.
