Consultation - January - Feb 2008
The Rural North, Oundle and Thrapston Plan (RNOTP), was submitted to the Secretary of State on 11 January 2008. It was at this point that comments (known as "representations") were invited on plan. This initial consultation lasted 6 weeks between 11 January - 22 February 2008.

A summary report was published outlining the key issues arising from the consultation, this is known as the Regulation 31 Statement.
Following this report, a second consultation took place where representations were invited on the issues and alternative sites that were put forward from this initial consultation.
This next stage was known as the Statement of Site Allocations.
