Customer feedback

Complaints, comments, compliments

We aim to provide high quality services that meet our customers' needs. By telling us how we are doing, you can help shape these services in the future. Your feedback is something that we value highly and can learn from.

What is feedback?

Feedback can be a comment, compliment or a complaint.

  • A comment is any thought, suggestion or good idea on how we could improve the services we provide to our customers.

  • A compliment is where you have been very satisfied with a service you have received and you tell us about it.

  • A complaint is where you feel we have not treated you fairly or politely and/or not done something we should have done and/or done something badly.

If we’ve done something wrong please tell us as soon as possible as we may be able to sort it out straight away.
