A decision has been made to go ahead with the Planning Management Committee on Monday, 23 March 2020.
However, in order to adhere to current government guidance relating to the coronavirus pandemic, it has been decided to postpone the Committee’s consideration of the St Christopher’s Road, Oundle application (19/01355/OUT –) to a later date. We apologise for any inconvenience, but recognising the significant level of public interest in this application and the need for it to be fairly heard, including a range of registered speakers, the Council has concluded that in the interests of public health and well being the application should be considered at a committee meeting later in the year.
The remaining four applications on the published agenda will be heard at the Committee, which will start at 6pm. Registered speakers have been informed. Members of the public are welcome to attend, but please be aware that the Council will need to manage and limit attendance on the night to comply with government social distancing guidelines. It is very important that any person wishing to attend the meeting must follow the gov.uk guidance relating to social distancing and self isolation. Please do not attend the meeting if you believe you may have been exposed to the coronavirus, or are showing any symptoms, no matter how mild.
