Community Governance Review for the Parish of Duddington with Fineshade

East Northamptonshire Council is undertaking a review of community governance arrangements for the Parish of Duddington with Fineshade. The review began on Tuesday 6 March 2018 and is scheduled to run until October 2018.

In the first stage of the review, comments and proposals are being invited from any individuals or organisations who have a view on whether they think any of the current parish boundaries or parish council arrangements in Duddington with Fineshade should be changed. The Council will consider any comments received before the closing date of Monday 30 April 2018. A working group of Council officers and Members will look at the comments received and come up with draft proposals which will be published on Tuesday 5 June 2018. There will then be a further period of 12 weeks for people to comment on the specific proposals before final recommendations are made to Council in October 2018. Any changes to parish boundaries would come into force for the parish council elections in May 2019.
