Licensing Notifications

In accordance with the Licensing Act 2003 (sections 26b and 26c) effective from 25 April 2012, we required to advertise by publication of a notice on our website applications to our areas for new Premises Licences, new Club Premises Certificates, variations to Premises Licences and variations to Club Premises Certificates.

Please see the list below for details of relevant applications made to us.

Representations can be made, by email or in writing, within the dates specified in each notice and should be based upon one or more of the four licensing objectives:

• The prevention of crime and disorder
• Public safety
• The prevention of public nuisance
• The protection of children from harm
