Business Continuity Advice

The Civil Contingencies Act 2004 also specifies duties to Local Authorities to have adequate measures in place to maintain essential services and subsequently recover from the effects of significant disruption to normal working. The process of Business Continuity Management will increase the Local Authority's resilience. Local Authorities also provide support and advice on business continuity management.
