Open Space SPD
The Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2004
The Open Space Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) was adopted by East Northamptonshire Council's Planning Policy Committee on the 11th November 2011. The SPD sets out East Northamptonshire Councils approach to providing open space within new developments as well as a series of provision standards, general design principles and details of how financial contributions to sustain, improve and maintain open space will be sought.
Now that it has been adopted, the SPD has the status of a statutory Local Development Document, supplementing the Local Plan for East Northamptonshire.
