We are continuing to register, process and determine planning applications and investigate enforcement complaints as efficiently as possible during this difficult time. In line with Government guidance around COVID 19 and to ensure the safety of our officers and customers, the ENC Planning Services Department has made the following changes to our service. We appreciate your patience and cooperation regarding these measures and any resulting inconvenience.
Contacting the Case Officer Dealing with a Particular Application:
Our officers are working remotely. Should you need to contact a particular officer, please in the first instance, email them directly. If you require a call back, please clearly request this in your email. If you experience difficulty contacting an officer, please email email@example.com or call 01832 742140.
Planning Management Committees are now being held virtually. The latest information about committees can be found at our Council and committee meetings page
Our officers will not be undertaking unnecessary site visits and are following guidance about social distancing. We request that you do not approach our officers whilst they are conducting site visits. They will be pleased to answer any questions you may have at a later time/date by telephone/email.
We request that where possible, you provide photographic evidence to support enforcement complaints in order to facilitate/expedite our investigations.
Pre- application Service:
We are continuing to offer our pre application advice service. Our current fees and charges can be viewed via our 'Fees and Charges - 2019/20' document. Please note that if you submit a fee for a site meeting, this will be offered as a conference phone call only.
Our officers have been instructed not to attend face to face meetings. They will be pleased to discuss the relevant case/application by telephone.
For All Other Enquiries:
If you have any questions or queries that aren’t listed above, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and a member of the team will respond to you.
