How do I make an appointment?

The appointment can be made by contacting us using the details to the right.

A plan to Ordnance Survey standards is required for all personal searches within 24 hours of the booking. Failure to provide a plan will result in the cancellation of the appointment.

Please try to keep to your appointment time and let us know if you are running late.  If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to re-book the appointment.

If for any reason we have to change your appointment, we will contact you with as much notice as possible.

Can I change my appointment?

If you wish to re-schedule your appointment, please call us as soon as possible to agree another time.

If you wish to change the property you are searching against, please call us as soon as possible to check whether it can be dealt with at the original appointment time.

How many personal searches does an appointment cover?

We can accommodate four personal searches per appointment.

What will happen at the appointment?

Access to the Local Land Charges Register is via a PC at our office on Cedar Drive, Thrapston.

We do not provide a copy of the Local Land Charges register so you must take notes of the information provided during your appointment.

A photocopy of the Local Land Charges register Will cost you £1.68 and is payable at the time of the appointment.
