Northamptonshire Energy Saving Service

Organisations across the county have come together to help address fuel poverty across Northamptonshire.

The Northamptonshire Energy Saving Service (known as NESS) is a three-year project (2018 – 2021).

The project has been established following funding from National Grid’s Warm Homes Fund to address fuel poverty across the county, which is where an individual cannot adequately heat their home, and will deliver energy advice; ensure income maximisation and practical measures to improve the warmth of homes.

Established by Northamptonshire County Council and delivered by Community Law Service in partnership with friends in the local voluntary and charity sector, East Northamptonshire Council is supporting the project.
