Application for a Pavement Licence
To apply for a pavement licence for a premises in North Northamptonshire (the areas of Corby, East Northamptonshire, Kettering or Wellingborough) please complete our application form and send it by email, with all required supporting information, to: licensingunit.ENC@northnorthants.gov.uk

Due to the timescales for consideration of applications they must be made electronically. Postal applications are not accepted.
On the day your application is made, you are required to fix a notice of the application to your premises where it may be readily visible to, and can be read easily by, members of the public who are not on the premises. It is your responsibility to ensure that this notice remains in place until the end of the public consultation period. A template notice is included in our application pack.
