Licences - Private Hire Operators' Licences
Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976
There are no limits on the amount of Private Hire vehicles. Currently we licence 34 vehicles. Private Hire means that any fares undertaken must be pre-booked and logged. A Private Hire vehicle can not pick up a passenger on the road side.
