East Northamptonshire Council does not hold specific information concerning the identification of owners of land or property within the district of East Northamptonshire.
You may wish to apply to the District Land Registry for an office copy of the Land Register. If the land is registered it will show who owns the land, details of registered mortgage and other financial burdens, covenants and easements which benefit or adversely affect the property/land. There is a fee for this service.
