Due to stock transfer East Northamptonshire Council no longer have any garages to let out. Our stock was transferred to Spire Homes, who now manage this on our behalf. Contact details for Spire Homes are:-

Criteria for the allocation of garages
- Garages will be let to applicants in date order of application.
- Any member of the public, over 18 years of age, may apply to rent a garage.
- Garage structures which form part of a group scheme of dwellings will normally be let to tenants of those dwellings. Consideration may be given in cases of exceptional circumstances.
- Tenants and leaseholders of Spire Homes must have a clear rent account before being offered a garage tenancy.
