For Barnwell and Irthlingborough Waterloo wards
By-elections took place on Thursday, 14 June in Barnwell District Ward to fill the vacancy for a District Councillor and Irthlingborough Waterloo Ward to fill the vacancy for a Town Councillor.
Derek Capp (The Conservative Party candidate) was elected District Councillor for Barnwell District and Caroline Cross (The Labour Party candidate) was elected as Town Councillor for Irthlingborough Waterloo ward.
