Promoting the importance of good food hygiene in the home.
"Food safety on a budget" is the theme of this years Food Safety Week, taking place from 11 to 17 June. This annual event promotes the importance of good food hygiene in the home and will focus on how you can ensure that you keep food safe when trying to save money.
This countywide campaign gives advice on understanding 'use by' and 'best before' dates and how to use leftovers safely are two key topics to read about.
