- First time detained £38 (plus kennelling costs)
- Subsequent Occasions £70 (plus kennelling costs)

The Fixed Penalty Notice for all the following offences is £75. This can be increased to a maximum of £1,000 on conviction, plus costs, in a magistrate's court

The maximum fine on court conviction under a Control of Dogs Order is £5,000 plus costs
Noise Abatement Order
The maximum fine on court conviction for not complying with a Noise Abatement Order is £5,000 plus costs
Hire of anti barking collar
The hire charge per week of the anti barking collar is £11.08. We also ask for a £15 deposit which is returned when we get the anti barking collar back
