Public access can be used to find out if any building control applications have been made for a property or to find out information relating to a building control application reference number.

Please note that the information only goes back to 1986.

Public Access system

The public access system will provide the following information:

  • Address of property
  • Application number
  • Description of works
  • Case Officer
  • Status of application

Copies of documents relating to building control applications can not be obtained or viewed through the Public Access system.

Please note if you can not find an application on Public Access, then please contact Building Control.
