Northants Licensing Notifications
In accordance with the changes under the Licensing Act 2003 (sections 26b and 26c) which take effect from 25 April 2012 the Northamptonshire Licensing Partnership is now required to advertise by publication of a notice on its website applications for new Premises Licences, new Club Premises Certificates, variations to Premises Licences and variations to Club Premises Certificates.
Please see below for all of the above applications across the five partnership authorities (Corby Borough Council, Daventry District Council, East Northamptonshire Council, Kettering Borough Council and Borough Council of Wellingborough).
Representations can be made within the dates specified in each notice based upon one or more of the four licensing objectives:
- The prevention of crime and disorder
- Public safety
- The prevention of public nuisance
- The protection of children from harm
