Assisted collection
If you live in a household where there is no-one physically able to take your refuse or recycling to the curtilage of your property for collection, you are entitled to register for an assisted collection. This means that your refuse or recycling can be placed at a non-curtilage location such as the front door. Registered households also receive quarterly deliveries of refuse sacks, providing one sack per week. The next scheduled deliveries of the sacks will be during the weeks commencing:

To register for an assisted collection please email customerservices@east-northamptonshire.gov.uk or telephone the Waste Management Helpline on 01832 742026 with your full contact details. Residents who register for this service must sign a declaration that that they qualify for the service. East Northamptonshire Council may carry out checks to make sure claims made are valid.
