Licences and street trading

Welcome to the Northants Licensing Partnership website. Five councils within Northamptonshire (Corby, Daventry, East Northamptonshire, Kettering and Wellingborough) have combined resources and set up a centralised unit to administer the processing of all licences under the Licensing Act 2003 e.g. sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment, late night refreshment etc, Gambling Act 2005 e.g. betting shops, gaming machines , gambling premises, raffles / lottery registrations etc and the Environmental Health Licensing e.g. tattoo, animal boarding, street collections, riding establishments etc.
