Travelling to Thrapston
By Road
Thrapston lies on the A14 which provides a direct route between the West Midlands and the East Anglian ports.
The best routes are:-
From A1 north or southbound take the A14 to Thrapston. Turn off at Junction 13 north on to A605.
From M1 northbound leave at Junction 15, signed "Northampton East" turning east onto A508 which merges with the A45 Northampton ring road, then take the A605 north to Thrapston.
From M1 southbound leave at Junction 19, then take the A14 east. Turn off north at Junction 12 (A6116) to Thrapston.
By Rail
The nearest mainline station is Kettering (9 miles) on the main London St. Pancras to Sheffield line with regular Intercity services.

Visiting the Council offices
The entrance to North Northamptonshire Council is on Cedar Drive off Midland Road. There is free car parking for visitors.
