In My Area

In My Area is an interactive mapping service that gives you local community and services information for a particular point on the map. You can view a range of information including:

• bin collection day
• planning applications
• problems recently reported to the council
• council tax band
• conservation areas, listed buildings
• councillors, MPs and Parish councils
• nearest council office
• polling stations
• local clubs and courses

Find your location by placing a pin on the map or enter a postcode or first line of an address.

With your location set, a list of local information is shown. We have grouped some topics together. To find details of your nearest doctor, for example, select "Health Facilities" from the list.

You can change your location at any time.

Click the map marker next to the results to show the location of the facility on the map or click the links within the results to view more detailed information.

You can also use In My Area to report a problem such as fly-tipping or graffiti.

Set the location of the problem and click the "Report it" button. Choose from the list of possible problem types and complete the form.
