Disabled Facilities Grant
This grant is designed to enable a disabled person to continue living independently in their home.
A range of works and adaptations are available but only when recommended by the Community Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapy Service can be contacted on 01604 658448.
A test of financial resources using the criteria prescribed for Disabled Facilities Grants within the Housing Act 1996 will be applied to determine the amount of grant you get.
Grant maximum £30,000.
